Why should we remember the fallen heroes?

 

-          We should remember them because they have sacrificed their youth and their lives to protect their country. Being a soldier that has been away from their families for so long made them missed a lot of opportunities to spend time with their loved ones. 

-          It’s important to remember the soldiers who have fallen in the line of duty and sacrificed their lives to protect the highest of ideals, and to keep all of us safe from enemies near and abroad.

-          Memorial Day is to commemorate those soldiers who have contributed lives to say their final goodbyes to their military loved ones. To add, it does not matter if they died in battle or after their moment of service had come and gone, they are laid to rest here with the dignity and respect they deserve.

-       Though they are no longer with us physically but we should at least thank them for keeping us safe and the country in peace. We should at least express our gratitude by saying the simple two letter word, which is "Thank You".Though it is simple, the message behind it is meaningful.
